Ms Annie Gan founded the Jian Huang Group in 1996. The Group started business as a sub-contractor for building works. It later grew to become a leading Design-and Build contractor for factories and ramp-up warehouses as well as rental / leasing of construction equipment.
Ms Gan is the Managing Director responsible for the overall management and strategy for the Group's operations.
Ms Gan is the Vice-President, Member Relations, and EXCO Member of ASME. She has been appointed by ASME as Chairperson of its Business Feedback Group. Ms Gan is also a member of the Young Business Leaders (YBL) of the National Youth Council, a member of the Resource Panel under the Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for Finance and Trade & Industry and the Chairperson of Taxpayer Feedback Panel - Mandarin Dialogue of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. In 2007, Ms Gan herself has won the ASME Top Entrepreneur Award.
She is also actively involved in charitable work. Besides being a EXCO Member for the Singapore Children's Society, she is also the Chairperson for 1000 Enterprise for Children-In-Need for the Singapore Children's Society.

Mr Lee together with Ms Annie Gan founded Jian Huang Group in 1996 and hold position of Executive Director since then. He is in charge of the Group's local & overseas operation and responsible for the strategic planning and position of the Group. Venture into Design & Build of industrial sector in year 2002 and completion of Jian Huang Business Centre in year 2009 is the major milestone for the Group since incorporation.
He graduated with a MBA and BSc (Hon) in Computer Science (United Kingdom) as well as Mechanical Engineering Diploma in Singapore. He has more than 10 years of planning, managing, executing and innovating in construction industry. Regional business development such as designing, project management, property management is one of the role taken up recently, towards diversification of Group's business model.

Mr Lee joined the Jian Huang Group in 2008 and is the Chief Financial Officer. He is in charge of all the financial, human resource and administration matters of the Group.
He is a Certified Public Accountant of Singapore, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (United Kingdom). He has more than 30 years of financial and accounting experience in both public listed and private companies.

Mr Lim has more than 28 years of experience in project management in the construction industry. Throughout the years, he has successfully completed numerous projects in the residential, institution and industrial sectors.
Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management (Honours) degree (RMIT).

Mr Tong graduated with a Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering. He has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry, particularly on reinforced concrete structures and civil works. He has extensive knowledge on the requirements for the regulatory submission to the building authorities as well as functional building design.

Mr Tan is a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer and an authorized LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker) by the Energy Market Authority (EMA). He graduated with a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
He has more than 15 years experience working for leading corporations, mainly in the construction industry (M&E) in ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Sprinkler & Alarm Protection system, Vertical Transportation (Lifts & Elevators), Security System and Project Management.

Mr Lee graduated with double degree in Arts (Arch Studies) & Architecture and is a Singapore registered architect.
He has more than 14 years of experience ranging from design & project management, contract administration, strategic planning, financial projection/ budgeting to business development & management etc. He has spent more than 7 years in China and is familiar with the business culture & local operations.

Mr Gan graduated with a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering. He has worked in Jian Huang's Construction Division for 5 years mainly on MRT and other projects.
In 2007, he was appointed to head JH Equipment & Services Pte Ltd (JHES), which is involved in the rental/leasing of construction equipment. JHES has grown substantially over the years and now have more than 500 pieces of machinery/equipment.
