资格

1. Degree in Civil Engineering accepted by PE Board
2. Minimum 3 years local experience in high rise – building/ warehouse/ commercial
3. Prefer bilingual spoken languages
4. Computer literate – MS Project
5. Register RE with BCA

1. Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building Construction accepted by PE Board.
2. Minimum 6 years in Design and project management experience
3. Computer literate - MS Project

设计工程师/协调员
职位描述

1. Check structural designs and liaise with consultants ensuring an economic design
2. Follow up with consultants to ensure timely approval by the BCA
3. Coordinate and incorporate architectural and M&E requirements in the design
4. Liaise with structural system specialists for design and quotations.
5. Verify coordination drawings prior to issuance for construction.
6. Provide schematic structural drawings for procurement of projects
7. Prepare temporary works designs
8. Assist contracts department in tender exercise

1. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years local working experience, preferably with consultants

1. Administrate progress claims/ payments from clients and vendors
2. Prepare final account with clients and vendors
3. Prepare cost estimate/variations submission and other QS functions
4. Assist in tender for projects including sourcing of vendors
5. Manage vendors and clients
6. Prepare regular updates and report relating to contracts administration

资格

1. Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Science/ Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years local experience. Lesser qualified may be appointed Junior QS
