Position : Project Manager

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Architecture, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
  2. At least 4 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.
  3. Degree shall be recognized either by PE Board or BOA.
  4. Must be qualified, competent and posses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage and co-ordinate the project effectively.
  5. Preferably those with HDB development experience.
  6. Computer literate in MS project.
  7. Only Singaporeans and PRs need to apply.

Position : Site Engineer

Qualifications

  1. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering accepted by PE Board.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years local experience in building project.
  3. Able to supervise in structural steel & RC construction works, site planning and engineering interfacing.
  4. Able to work under dynamic phase.
  5. Singaporeans/PRs/Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Position : QA/QC Engineer

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Knowledge of ISO 9001.
  3. Minimum of 5 years working experience in construction.
  4. A pleasant, self-motivated personality, good communication and inter-personal skills.
  5. Computer literate in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
  6. Administrate and ensure the full implementation of Quality Management System (QMS/ ISO 9001).
  7. Conduct internal audit against ISO 9001.
  8. Conduct physical assessment/inspection on quality of works.
  9. Carry out vendor inspection when required.

Position : Structure Supervisor

Qualifications

  1. Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in building construction industry; or
  2. Possess a recognized Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry; or
  3. Possess a Degree (foreign university) in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant working experience in local building construction industry; and
  4. Possess a Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate.
  5. Must be qualified and competent and posses the relevant skills, knowledge and the ability to supervise and co-ordinate the works at site.

Position : HR Manager

Job Description

  1. Lead a team responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR and Admin duties.
  2. Manage and provide support for HR operational needs, including recruitment and selection,employee relations,performance management,HR systems,training and development.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Group's objectives.
  4. Ensure compliance to corporate directives and local employment legislation, as well as oversee all office administration matters and establishing standard operation procedures to ensure proper documentation and control.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in building construction industry.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of staff.
